We want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware; if our hairpin legs or furniture components aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique return authorization code.
Package Your Items
Carefully wrap each leg in its original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit and place them securely in the shipping box.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
